Before I went back to sleep at about 5:30, I took my morning dose of lithium. So when I got up just now, I went downstairs, poured myself a big cup of coffee (I usually don't take coffee) and I get to pretend that I don't need to take lithium. It's cooler out today. I needn't have painted my toenails last night, because I won't be wearing sandals.
